We have a shared cabin and just want a very simple interface for seeing and booking time. I created OurSharedPlace because I wanted an easy way to manage booking requests among co-owners of our vacation home. It’s built around a simple roles-based system: there are Admins, Members, Guests and the Public.
Members can request booking times on the calendar, and only admins can approve or deny them. Admins can set the total number of requested days for each Member. Of course, you can decide to rotate who gets to be admin at any given time.
There’s a shared content management system as well, where Admins and Members can create articles on how to maintain the home, including photos and video. It costs just $79 per property per year, which supports an unlimited number of users.
